Our mission: To provide financial support and spiritual encouragement for young adults facing a terminal brain cancer diagnosis.
Emily’s Story
When you hear the word terminal, everything unravels. Medical bills pile up. Grief comes in waves. Bucket lists get made.
We lost Emily in October of 2022 to a Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG): an aggressive form of brain cancer typically found in children. She was 26.
In our grief, we remain deeply grateful for the support of Emily’s community while she battled. Thanks to their generosity, Emily didn’t have to work another day after being diagnosed, and neither did her husband. She checked experiences off of her bucket list. She traveled to Hawaii and to England.
We know that many young adults in Emily’s situation don’t have the support they need—and don’t get to spend their time outside of treatments in joyful ways.

Who We Help
We’re here to support other young adults, who, like Emily, have been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Generally, we support adults between the ages of 18-35, but we assess gifts on a case-by-case basis—which means you may be eligible for a gift even if you don’t meet these exact criteria.
We provide financial gifts based on need to be used for whatever is most helpful: A trip, a plane ticket, or medical bills.
What We Believe
Our faith is in Jesus Christ, and our hope is in eternity with Him. While the darkness of cancer and suffering doesn’t make sense, we believe that God is big enough to handle our questions. We know that He will heal in the life to come. Even when it doesn’t feel like it, we trust that He is near in our sufferings.
We believe that in spite of it all, He is still good.
The flower in our logo was drawn by Emily. It’s a chamomile flower, which signifies energy in adversity. Rising over a mountain range, it reminds us that the sun will always rise, even on the darkest night.
